Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation or verified medical emergencies. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the event date, and approved refunds will be issued minus a processing fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows or same-day withdrawals. Southeastern Wrestling League reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all refund requests.
